Adam at Kernow Strength and Conditioning was recommended to me after a couple of injuries that prevented me from training for the majority of 2014. After a visit to Adam’s gym it was instantly obvious Kernow Strength and Conditioning was exactly what I was looking for, a friendly easy going gym that would push me to my limits but adapt to my training needs. I have trained with Adam now one to one for several weeks and have noticed huge results from weight loss, increase in strength and body toning. The equipment there is different to any gym I’ve used before and that alongside Adams knowledge gives me no doubt I’ll continue using Kernow Strength and Conditioning long after my one to one sessions finish.
