How do I get a door access FOB

Once you have joined, you will be able to purchase a FOB for £10 which will grant you access to the gym 24/7.

Do I need prior experience to join?

How long are your training sessions?

Sessions typically last between 45–60 minutes, focusing on efficient, high-quality training for maximum results.

Do you offer one-on-one coaching?

Are your programs suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Every program can be scaled for beginners. Our coaches prioritize safe technique and gradual progression.

How often should I train per week?

Most clients train 2–5 times per week. Your coach will help create a plan that balances recovery and progress.

What equipment do you use in training?

We use barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, resistance bands, and functional fitness equipment, focusing on effective, functional movements.

How do I get started?

You can book a free consultation or trial session with one of our coaches. We’ll assess your goals and create a plan to get you started safely.

Can I train if I have an injury?

Our coaches can modify exercises for injuries or mobility restrictions. Safety and recovery are always our top priority.

Do you offer memberships or pay-per-session options?
