Reporting & Feedback

We encourage all members and staff to speak up if they experience or witness behaviour that goes against our inclusivity values. Concerns can be raised confidentially with a member of management or via our designated reporting process. All feedback will be handled sensitively and respectfully.


Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains effective and aligned with best practices. Updates will be communicated to all staff and members.
