KeltX has quickly become one of the most talked about fitness classes at the gym, drawing in members of all abilities and transforming the way people approach their training. What started as a new and slightly intimidating challenge has turned into a weekly highlight for many, with participants eager to test themselves, improve their fitness, and most importantly, enjoy the experience.
One of the most encouraging aspects of KeltX’s rise in popularity is the number of people who were initially hesitant to try it. Whether it was the competitive format, the intensity, or simply fear of the unknown, many held back at first. However, those who took the leap have been pleasantly surprised. The supportive atmosphere, scalable workouts, and strong sense of camaraderie have made it accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of fitness level.
KeltX hasn’t just been about physical progress it’s played a huge role in bringing the gym community closer together. Members cheer each other on, celebrate personal achievements, and push one another to go that little bit further. Due to its growing popularity, we’re excited to now offer two KeltX classes each week. You can join us on Wednesdays at 18:30 or Saturday mornings at 8:00. Whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or someone looking to try something new, everyone is welcome to come along and give it a go. You might just find your new favourite way to train.
