Less Than 6 Weeks to Go Until KeltX!
The countdown is on, and with less than six weeks remaining until the next KeltX competition, the excitement around the gym is building every day.
Over the past few months, our members have been putting in countless hours of hard work, dedication, and determination in preparation for the event. From early morning sessions to evening classes, the commitment shown by everyone involved has been fantastic to see. The progress being made is clear, and all that training is really starting to pay off.
KeltX is more than just a competition, it’s a challenge that brings people together, pushes individuals outside of their comfort zones, and creates an incredible team atmosphere. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or taking part for the first time, the effort and support shown throughout the gym community has been outstanding.
This week marks an important milestone in the build up to race day. On Wednesday 3rd June and Saturday 6th June, we will be running full race simulations. These sessions will give teams the opportunity to put all of their training and practice into action, experience race conditions, and fine-tune their strategies ahead of the main event.
The simulations will be as close to the real thing as possible, helping competitors understand pacing, transitions, teamwork, and the demands of the course. It’s a great chance to identify strengths, work on any final improvements, and build confidence going into competition day.
As always, these sessions are subject to weather conditions, and plans may need to change if the forecast is particularly poor. However, all being well, both simulations will go ahead as planned.
We’re incredibly proud of the effort everyone has put in so far and can’t wait to see teams tackle the simulations this week. Keep up the hard work, stay consistent, and enjoy the process, the finish line is now firmly in sight.
